We use secure EFT (bank transfer). At checkout you'll get an order number - use it as your payment reference so we can match your payment to your order. Your banking details are shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you.
As soon as your payment reflects in our account, we pack and send your order. Manual EFTs between different banks can take a day or two to clear, so please allow a little time after paying.
Choose Local Delivery and we'll hand-deliver your order to your door in George. It's the easiest, most personal option if you're nearby. Payment is still by EFT, just like every other order.
Our earrings and denim jackets are - each is handmade as a single piece, so once it sells it's gone for good. Scrunchies and some other items are made from whatever fabric we have at the time, so there may be a few of one design, but never forever. Either way, if you love something, don't wait too long.
We package everything carefully, but if your order arrives broken or isn't right, message us straight away and we'll make it right.
